A flawless, always-green lawn with no mowing, watering or fertilizing — built on a base engineered for Florida rain.
Synthetic lawn installation replaces an entire living lawn — sod, irrigation dependence, fertilizer schedule and all — with an engineered surface designed to look freshly cut in July and in January. The turf we install is UV-stabilized polyethylene with multi-tone blade colors, a curled thatch layer and varied blade shapes so it reads as real grass from the sidewalk and under close inspection. Beneath it sits the part nobody sees and everybody feels: three to four inches of crushed aggregate, screened, graded and compacted in lifts, topped with a permeable weed barrier and a silica or coated infill brushed into the fibers to hold blades upright and ballast the turf against Florida heat expansion.

Custom-contoured backyard greens with true roll, professional fringe detailing and multiple cup placements.
A synthetic putting green is a purpose-built practice surface, not a lawn with a hole cut in it. We use a short-pile nylon or polypropylene putting turf with a stimp-rated fiber, installed over a finely graded stone base and a screened choker layer that lets us shape true contours, tiers and subtle breaks. Regulation cups, PVC sleeves and flagsticks are set into the base, and the surrounding fringe is installed in a longer, lighter turf so chips land and check the way they do off a real collar. Sand infill is brushed in and rolled to dial the green speed you asked for.

Residential artificial grass installation covers the awkward, high-use and problem areas of a home rather than one open lawn: the shaded strip beside the house where sod has never taken, the courtyard between wings, the worn path from the back door to the gate, the tree-root zone nothing will grow under. Each area gets its own specification — face weight, pile height, blade shape and infill chosen for how that specific space will be used — installed over excavated, compacted aggregate with hand-cut edges tucked tight to hardscape, tree bases and bed borders.

Commercial artificial turf is specified differently than residential turf because it is walked on constantly and judged instantly. We install heavier face-weight products with reinforced dual or urethane backings and traffic-rated infills across entry medians, courtyards, rooftop terraces, amenity lawns, dog parks, pool decks and retail frontages. Base depth is increased for pedestrian volume, seams are placed outside primary traffic lines, and transitions to concrete, pavers and drains are detailed so nothing lips, curls or becomes a trip hazard.

Turf Replacement
Tired, matted or failing artificial grass removed and replaced with a properly built, modern turf system.
Turf replacement is the removal of an existing synthetic surface and its infill, correction of whatever is failing underneath, and installation of a modern turf system in its place. Old turf is cut into strips, lifted, and the sand or rubber infill is separated and hauled off. We then assess the base: if it is compacted, draining and correctly graded we regrade and reuse it, which meaningfully lowers the cost. If the original installer skipped compaction, used the wrong aggregate or built without positive drainage, we rebuild it so the new surface stays flat for its full service life.

Playground Turf Installation
Safe, soft, consistently clean play surfaces for backyards, schools, daycares and community amenity areas.
Playground turf is a safety surface first and a landscape second. Under and around play equipment we install a shock-absorbing foam pad, sized to the fall height of the structure, beneath a short, dense, lead-free turf with a resilient fiber that resists matting where children run, land and pivot. The whole assembly sits on a permeable compacted base so rainwater passes straight through, and we can specify antimicrobial infill or a non-infill system for areas used by toddlers and daycare groups.

Poolside Artificial Turf
Soft, quick-draining turf around pools and lanais that keeps sand, mud and clippings out of the water.
Poolside turf is installed to a different standard than lawn turf because it lives in a wet, chlorinated, barefoot environment. We use a soft-touch, chlorine-resistant fiber with a fully permeable backing over an aggressively free-draining base, so splash-out and rain move away from the deck instead of pooling. Edges are terminated tight under coping, deck bands and screen tracks with hidden anchors — never exposed nails — and infill is chosen so nothing washes onto the deck or into the skimmer basket.

Sports court turf is short-pile, high-density athletic turf with a reinforced backing, installed over a base engineered for lateral stability rather than just drainage. Depending on the sport we specify a non-infilled needle-punch surface for gym flooring and sled work, or a sand- and rubber-infilled system for cleated field sports and batting cages. Line markings, numbers and logos are inlaid using cut-and-seam techniques so they become part of the surface and never wear off the way painted lines do.

Turf landscaping treats synthetic grass as a design material rather than a lawn replacement. That means turf ribbons set between paver treads, geometric green panels in a modern courtyard, soft borders framing planting beds, curved bands running along a walkway, and clean transitions to stone, mulch, decking and water features. Each element is templated, edged with bender board or hardscape, and cut by hand so the lines stay true — and because the turf never grows, those lines stay exactly as designed for the life of the installation.

Odor-controlled, drainage-first turf systems built for dogs — no mud, no holes, no dead patches.
Pet turf is a drainage system with grass on top. We install a short, dense, lead-free fiber with a fully permeable or flow-through backing over a coarse, free-draining base, and finish with an antimicrobial coated infill — typically zeolite-based — that captures and neutralizes ammonia rather than letting it sit in the surface. For kennels, breeders and multi-dog households we can add a drainage tile layer or sub-surface collection so liquids leave the system fast even under heavy daily use.
